Does anyone do Korean skincare? If so, which products from it would you recommend? Please, genuine answers only.

Does anyone do calisthenics?

I think I want to get into it, so if anyone has any advice or general info, I'd appreciate it. ♡

I really need to strengthen up, so would be interested to know if anyone has felt or seen the difference in their body. How did you get started?

I currently do pilates, kettlebell, weights, but I think I need to change things up as I've been doing these everyday since I was like 17 or 18 lol.🥸🫠

Thought I’d impress a gym baddie with my deadlift PR.

Then I remembered my gym is co-ed only in my imagination 😭💀

As a dietitian, I want to clear up some common myths that people still believe even though they have no connection to reality. Let me explain four of them, one by one.

Myth ; Carbs are bad and should be avoided.

Fact: Carbohydrates are not your enemy. In fact, they are your body's preferred source of energy. The real issue is the type of carbs you eat.

· Healthy carbs such as whole grains, lentils, vegetables, fruits provide fiber, vitamins, and steady energy.

· Refined carbs like white bread, sugary drinks, pastries cause blood sugar spikes and hunger soon after.

✅ I encourage you to keep healthy carbs in your diet. Removing all carbs often leads to low energy, cravings, and missing out on essential nutrients.
