Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Identify risks, control gaps, and areas for operational improvement.
Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations.
Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
Review financial records, transactions, and operational processes for accuracy and compliance.
Assist in fraud investigations and risk assessments where necessary.
Collaborate with department heads to strengthen internal control systems.
Support external auditors during annual audit exercises.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
5–7 years of relevant experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance.
Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIA, or ICAN is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of audit procedures, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/audit software.
Strong communication and report-writing abilities.
