Everyone has preferences in personality and values (although I believe most have 90% the same).
But when it comes to looks I guess everyone has something they like to their own preferences.

What's your biggest weapon to hit your haters?
In our local culture there is a belief, if a dog bark at you then you shouldn't bark at it back, you need to ignore it. If it's bark too much and gets annoying for you, then you need to get a cudgel and hit on dog's head that it never get chance to make even single sound.
On online life the cudgel is Blocking. If haters keep spreading hate even after being ignored hundreds of times by you then just block them. That's what I do.
Btw, being criticised and mocked by haters just because who you are actually is also a Sunnah. Our beloved Prophet PBUH used to being mocked by non-believers at his early Prophet life. So, if someone mock you because you say the truth, or because of your skin colour, body shape or anything else then don't worry dear brother and sister, those haters are helping you to perform a Sunnah that not everyone get chance to do it.
