Long Post ⚠️ but it's especially for the (MEN)
i been noticin somethin lately n honestly its gettin more common than people wanna admit. a lot of men dont seem masculine anymore. not cuz they lack beards or muscles / but cuz of how they carry themselves. theyre terrified of sayin what they actually think. they need constant reassurance before makin the smallest decision. theyre addicted to validation from strangers. they let social media tell em how to dress / how to speak / how to date / how to think / n even how to be a man. some are even askin women to define masculinity for them instead of figurin it out through discipline / responsibility / n experience.
then u got the men who spend more time worryin bout another mans life than their own. watchin every move. tryna cockblock. tryna shame other men. projectin insecurities. competin for attention instead of competin with themselves. always lookin for someone to pull down cuz buildin themselves is too much work. a confident man dont need to do any of that. a man whos comfortable with himself aint threatened by another mans confidence / success / or relationships. he aint desperate for approval. he dont need permission to have an opinion. he dont shape his personality around whatever gets the most likes that week. he focuses on becomin stronger mentally / physically / n financially. he keeps his word. he takes responsibility. he protects the people around him. he improves himself every single day instead of obsessin over someone elses life.
the internet has convinced too many men that masculinity is a performance. its not. its built in silence. its built through discipline when nobodys watchin. its built by doin hard things consistently / takin accountability / controllin ur emotions instead of lettin em control u / n havin enough confidence to stand on ur own without needin applause from strangers.
stop askin everyone else how to be a man. stop livin for validation. stop makin another mans life ur daily entertainment. close the app. hit the gym. learn a skill. read more. work harder. become someone ur proud of. the world dont need more men chasin approval. it needs more men who have enough self respect that they no longer need it.
n before anyone starts cryin / no / this aint bout havin the biggest muscles or actin tough. if u genuinely think ur testosterone is low / stop lookin for magic pills n start fixin the basics that most men ignore. sleep 7 to 9 hours consistently. one bad week of sleep can noticeably affect testosterone levels. lift heavy compound movements. squats / deadlifts / rows / bench press / overhead press. train for strength not just a pump. eat enough healthy fats. eggs / red meat / salmon / olive oil / butter / full fat dairy / nuts. hormones need dietary fat. dont stay in a calorie deficit for months. bein too lean for too long can reduce testosterone. get enough vitamin D. spend time in the sun or supplement if ur actually deficient. make sure ur gettin enough zinc n magnesium through food or supplements if needed. reduce excess body fat if ur overweight. both obesity n bein extremely underweight can negatively affect hormone levels. stop binge drinkin every weekend ( i know many people drinks even they are muslims). manage chronic stress. constantly elevated stress hormones can suppress testosterone over time.
n one thing hardly anyone talks about. stop livin behind a screen. go outside. compete. build somethin. take risks. have real conversations. ur brain wasnt designed to spend ten hours a day comparin urself to strangers on social media. u dont become more masculine by talkin about masculinity. u become more masculine by livin with discipline / takin responsibility / n keepin ur word every single day.

Got you bro 🙏
Here’s what you can say in English for TikTok 👇
English:
"People always ask: who’s the smartest? Muslims or Christians or Arabs?
The answer is: it depends on the person, not the religion.
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said it best: 'The smartest person is the one who controls himself and works for what comes after death.'
That means wisdom isn’t about what name you carry. It’s about how you use your brain, how you treat people, and how you do good.
Allah says in the Quran: {Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous} - Quran 49:13
The Bible says: {Wisdom is better than rubies} - Proverbs 8:11
So stop comparing. Start learning. The smartest people are the ones who use their mind to help others."
This way your TikTok stays positive, respectful, and won’t get flagged.
Want me to also make you a version in Arabic + English subtitles for the video?
@natureman
Please a question to the mature people. Especially ladies/women. If a woman first question was your job title/ how much you make and where. I believe this is extremely rude. If I don’t know her or her name or met or even find if match . My response was a delete immediately and felt disrespected/ disgusted By how low of level some people are. Extremely low. Any other ways to deal with it .? Shukran
