Nobody is too busy all the time. We all check our phones throughout the day- whether we're working, driving, out with friends, or handling daily life. Trust me nobody is doing something for more than 5h without checking their phone, it's usually not because they didn't have a moment to text back, it's because replying wasn't a priority at that time. People make time for the people and things that matter to them so no excuses just signs they're not interested.
