Just so I can follow all drama on the interwebz, some guys who were on this app joined together on discord and objectified women also on this app.
They used crass, vulgar language and then someone leaked the chat logs. The women who were objectified found out and are rightly outraged.

I understand that this app is intended for people who are ultimately seeking marriage, and I recognize that marriage is often the goal of a serious relationship. However, what makes me uncomfortable is when someone has just met you and immediately starts talking about marriage.
The reality is that people need time to truly get to know one another. Some individuals, both men and women, can present one version of themselves at the beginning of a relationship and reveal a very different side once they become comfortable. That's why rushing into marriage can feel overwhelming and, for many of us, unrealistic.
Wanting marriage in the future is perfectly reasonable, but it shouldn't be something that is pushed or pressured right away. Building a strong relationship requires patience, observation, and time. Trust, stability, and genuine understanding are developed over time, not overnight.
So when someone ask for marriage right away, I tend to push back as a safety reaction. I dont like it and it kind of makes it unattractive to communicate with this individual.
