I work in Mindbridge. I am a female and currently working in MB. I know in every company there are some males who are perverts who try to harass girls but I am shocked to see almost every manager in MB is tharki.

I have received messages from my managers and even some BI Team managers who are married and trying to flirt or trying to be frank. When I told my friends about this they also said the same managers also messaged them. My friends also told me that these managers might change your shift timings or might get you terminated if you offend them or do not talk to them or do not go out with them. Like they have the authority to do anything to force you to either talk to them or to force you to resign. I am feeling a little scared and depressed because I don’t want to lose my job. A friend told me to complain to People Excellence Team if a manager harasses you but another friend said People Excellence team will do nothing except to expose your identity. And this will eventually result in you losing your job either by resignation or by termination.

One manager is very pushy but has not harassed me or done anything inappropriate yet. But I am afraid if I ignore him or simply block him then it might cause trouble for me.

Please tell me what should one do in this situation?
