Seeing helicopter landing at my workplace was the the highlight of my day. All my colleagues gathered near the window to see it, that made me realise the kid inside us is still lurking to be freed.
So, my entire childhood I’ve never spoken to my father. He lived in another country but he never once spoke to me at all. Now I’m an adult he is around non stop. Constantly causing me problems and l caught him lying about me.

Just so you know, people are really getting married from here you just don't know because they're quietly deleting their accounts.

romantic love is cool and that, but having an entire community of people who would do anything for you and your loved ones comfort is such a beautiful form of rizq. Alhamdulillah always.

Guys how would you feel if you met up with the potentials mother for the first time for a meal out at a restaurant with your mother and say for example your sister & the guys mother she doesn’t even acknowledge your existence at all from get go. She only speak to your mother and sister.
Say for example the boys mum she speaks in a language only her and the girls mum can speak fluently but the girl cannot. She’s aware of this but won’t use the common language the girl can speak & she can too speak the common language e.g. Urdu/English.
Her son, her sister & her sister in law and the mum are all on their phones texting one another. Let’s say these are the people they have brought along with them.
The boy gets up multiple times to go to the washroom & at the table is drinking immense amount of water & says “I’m not diabetic.” Like it’s funny 🤷🏻♀️
Anyway the sister in law seems to be getting controlled because you can see the sister under the table grabbing at her hand and not allowing her to open up. The sister in law is from another south Asian ethnicity let’s say Bengali and the boys mum continues to speak to her in let’s say Punjabi. The poor soul is clueless and laughing away.
After the whole ordeal. As the time of leaving occurs the mother doesn’t even come up nor say bye to her son’s potential as you do or put your hand on the head for respect for coming. Instead the girl has to awkwardly go to her and hug her goodbye.
Just before this the mother offers to come have tea at theirs and is persistent. Let’s say the girls mum says “next time for sure”. The boys mum throws a paddy about it. She says you guys can meet the boys dad, his grandma, the boys sisters in laws, the boys brother. It sounds like to me it’s a trap to go there and then they give a huge gift and next time you can’t back out nor think about it and secure the deal. The girls mum declines and says she needs to go home and speak to her husband to make the final call.
At see off time in the park, she doesn’t even walk the girl and their family to the car to say bye because the girls side didn’t comply to the tea demand. The entire time at the table this family were texting one another.
The boy was giving his potential sat at the table the ick he literally kept moving right in to his mother to show affection but it was a tad too much with the placement of his head. The mother at no point said to compose himself or sit up as it visually looked very inappropriate.
The girl texts him the next day to call it off. He immediately tells his mother without even having an adult conversation with the girl and finding out why she’s backing out at least. His mother says her goodbyes and doesn’t even say once we can get the kids to talk and see what’s concerning the girl. It’s like that’s exactly what she wanted and he was quick to comply…

I am an 18-year-old single Muslim male from Karachi, Pakistan, belonging to the Ansari community. I am 6'0" tall and weigh 60 kg. I have an Engineering background and am currently seeking employment. I value honesty, respect, loyalty, and mutual understanding, and I believe these are the foundation of a strong and lasting relationship.
I am specifically looking for a mature life partner who is older than me and may be divorced. I have no issue with a previous marriage, but I would prefer someone who does not have children. For me, compatibility, trust, and shared values are far more important than age or past marital status.
