It’s good to be back again. After the operation it’s quite lonely.

To the brothers on here succeeding in their careers, I think it's incumbent upon you to guide the brothers that haven't had the same opportunities as you to make it in life.

Why not hold free workshops and events to explore upskilling via training courses?
How about roles that involve learning on the job whilst earning a salary?
Ways to market themselves better to employers and educational institutions?
For those that are entrepreneurs, maybe share your experiences too?

We keep hearing about how difficult it is, but how many of you actually bother to dedicate your free time to helping your fellow men?

Please put your efforts where your mouth is and help to support the brothers that are struggling, and perhaps they can pay it forward once they reach a position of success.

If nothing else it will help with the loneliness epidemic and create a brotherhood that seems to be lacking. Anything that builds confidence and ensures security is never a bad thing.
