It is inappropriate to discuss intimate matters during your first introduction, it seems that you don't respect women and only want lust.

I think if the Mehr is more than the man's 3 months salary then it should be obligatory for the bride to give dowry

Does the wife need to do housework?

A woman is not obligated to do housework. You've probably heard this before, but before you agree or disagree, I wanna ask you a question. If that's true, why did Fatima رضي الله عنها do all of it?

Because not obligatory does not mean don't do it. It means something more beautiful. If housework had been made obligatory for women, every time she fell short, she would fall into sin. So Allah didn't make it a duty, He made it a door.

When a woman cares for her child, tidies her home, gives herself for her family, she doesn't do this because she has to, she does it for Allah, and she seeks her reward from her Lord. And the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم approved of this.

Ali رضي الله عنه carried the burdens outside of the home. Fatima رضي الله عنها maintained everything within it. They just had different responsibilities, that's all. And both mattered.

And here is what this doesn't mean: It doesn't give the woman the mindset that pressures her husband, and it doesn't give the right for a man to treat his wife as a servant.

Because a family isn't a place where everyone demands their rights. It's a place where sacrifices compete with each other.

Everyone wants an Ali, but how many want the responsibility Ali carried?

Everyone wants a Fatima, but how many want the sacrifice Fatima showed?

If you want Ali, become a little like Fatima.
If you want Fatima, become a little more like Ali.

Because happy homes are never built by demanding rights, they are built on mutual sacrifice.

I thought this application was specifically for people looking for partners, aka singles, but after joining, it turned out to be not as I imagined.
