If your family is pressuring you to bring a husband home, please don't let that pressure push you into bringing the wrong man home.
Marriage is not a competition.
It is not an award for turning 25, 30, or 35.
It is not proof that your life is successful.
The same people rushing you today may not be there to wipe your tears tomorrow if the marriage becomes a source of pain.
Don't marry because your mates are posting wedding photos.
Don't marry because your brother/aunties keep asking, "When are we eating rice?"
Don't marry because people are beginning to call you "old."
Marry because you have found peace, compatibility, respect, and someone who fears Allah.
And most importantly, trust Allah's timing.
A delayed marriage is not a denied marriage.
What Allah has written for you cannot miss you, and what misses you was never meant for you.
Never rush ahead of Allah's plan because of people's noise. The One who created you knows the right person, the right place, and the right time.
Being single for a few more years is better than being trapped in years of regret.
Your wedding lasts one day.
Your marriage may last a lifetime.
Trust Allah.@

Trust His timing.
